Officer town centre

Officer is a locality on the south-eastern fringe of Melbourne.  By 2030 it is expected to include a new town centre and be home to approximately 30,000 people.  

Alexander Urbanism assisted Places Victoria in the planning and design of the new town centre and surrounding commercial and residential areas.  Consulting services included:

• design management of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve an approved concept for key public spaces
• the design of numerous streets, street blocks and allotments
• redesign of land uses within key town centre blocks.
