Casey Town Centres

The city of Casey commissioned Alexander Urbanism to quantify the levels of pedestrian activity in the Cranbourne and Narre Warren Village town centres. Alexander Urbanism's study establish benchmarks for comparison with analogous town centres and for future quantification of these centres as they change.

This study has found that the Cranbourne town centre is moderately well-used, and with great potential for greater usage. The Narre Warren Village is poorly used, but also has great potential for greater usage. Alexander Urbanism provided many recommendation to make the town centre better places for people to walk in and to stay in.
